Abstract: Technology to build low-cost touch-sensitive tables with high precision is publicly available since the beginning of 2006. The talk will give a practical introduction on building hard- and software of these tables using FTIR sensing pioneered by Jeff Han (see links), based on our experiences in making a table at the c-base.
